Optimisation of a small terrace by offering plants area
- Dimensions: 15 m²
- Objectives : Creating a terrace despite the lack of space
This terrace design project is a great example of the atmosphere that can be created in a small space.
A terrace in a contemporary building
Located in a contemporary building in the city centre, this terrace is only 15 m² yet offers a comfortable dining area for 4/5 people, a relaxation / reading corner with a 2-seat lounge sofa, and a generous planting volume.
A terrace with 2 distinct areas
The rounded planter arrangements break up the very rectilinear architecture of the building and are positioned to clearly define the two zones of the terrace, while creating greater privacy for the apartment interior.
The grey and black tones of the containers, resolutely contemporary, offer maximum contrast with the existing floor covering and highlight the varied foliage. The coloured glass panels of the side dividers naturally add dynamism to the whole.
A few decorative objects, sometimes unusual, are integrated here and there to give this small space a unique and very personal character.
